Who are we?
Caudwell Children transforms the lives of disabled children across the UK, we act as a safety net for families who are unable to gain the help they need.
Founded in 2000 by entrepreneur and philanthropist, John Caudwell, Caudwell Children is a leading disabled children’s charity.
We are now in our new home, the Caudwell International Children’s Centre, dedicated to assessment, intervention, support and research into autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. The Centre will help us change the lives of even more children and we want you to be part of it!
We have many volunteering opportunities available from administration and office support roles to supporting disabled children in gaining valuable life skills. If you are looking to gain new skills, utilise existing ones or to make a difference, then we have the opportunity for you.

Most of our roles are situated locally near our new home at Keele University however some roles may be available throughout the UK. Usually we recommend a 3-4 hours per session, either weekly/ monthly depending on the role. DBS will be required for most roles.
