Regional Games Ltd is an events company providing amazing activity days and weekend packages to groups of adults.
We're a fun and innovative company looking for additional admin and sales support. The ideal applicant will have an enthusiastic, energetic approach to work with a keen eye for detail and a good sense of humour to join our small team in Pill, near Bristol.
Customer Communication – Responding to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email (no cold calling)
Use of our bookings and sales systems to make sales and create bookings.
Liaise with accommodation and activity suppliers on the phone and by email
Create bespoke weekend packages
Account Management - managing existing bookings

An average of 20 hours per week on a flexible working pattern. There will be a requirement for additional hours at busier times between January and March.
Best suited to:
Energetic and enthusiastic people with a background of having some sales and admin experience. A knowledge of Bristol is also helpful, since we create bespoke packages for groups coming to Bristol who often ask for advice on places to visit in the city.
