Regional Games Ltd is an events company providing amazing activity days and weekend packages to groups of adults.
We're a fun and innovative company looking for additional admin and sales support. The ideal applicant will have an enthusiastic, energetic approach to work with a keen eye for detail and a good sense of humour to join our small team in Pill, near Bristol.
- Customer Communication – Responding to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email (no cold calling)
- Use of our bookings and sales systems to make sales and create bookings.
- Liaise with accommodation and activity suppliers on the phone and by email
- Create bespoke weekend packages
- Account Management - managing existing bookings
- General admin

An average of 20 hours per week on a flexible working pattern. There will be a requirement for additional hours at busier times between January and March.
Best suited to:
Energetic and enthusiastic people with a background of having some sales and admin experience. A knowledge of Bristol is also helpful, since we create bespoke packages for groups coming to Bristol who often ask for advice on places to visit in the city.
