How often do you work?
I work on my Ringana business daily as it perfectly fits into my lifestyle. I'm a kinesiologist and Bowen Therapist so I integrate Ringana's products into my practice as well as in my everyday interactions. For me Ringana is another outlet for my passion for helping others live their best, healthiest life.

How does the job fit around your family life?
I'm a health practitioner in addition to being a mother of two. Apart from being there for my kids, my motive was to not simply exchange my valuable time for money. I've found the perfect balance with Ringana and I've discovered that it's possible to blend ethics and sustainability with helping others and creating a profitable business.

How much time do you commit?
It doesn't really feel like I 'commit' any time to it because it just feels like an extension of who I am. I'm a person interested in the health of my family, the wellbeing of my clients, the environment and in companies that are ethics-led. If I had to estimate I'd say I'm working on my business for between 15-20 hours a week.

Where do you carry out your work?
Primarily at home but also from my practice.

Do you need a car?
No. I do sometimes travel to events in Austria and throughout the UK but a car isn't essential at all.

Do you get support/training?
I get amazing support from my colleagues, all of whom I now consider friends. I'm fortunate to be working closely with some of the company's most successful partners, a number of who have sold their own businesses to focus on Ringana full time.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other mums?
Ringana partnership is an amazing opportunity for you if you're: - Self-motivated and organised - Willing to grow and develop yourself - Not afraid of having conversations with others about the products and the company - Not only motivated by money - Mindful of the fact that creating ANY business takes time and has definite ups and downs

Do you advertise?
No - my business is purely based on the conversations I have in my daily life.

Are there any downsides to the role?
There isn't an immediate guaranteed salary for just 'showing up' at the office and going home at the end of the day. I don't see that as a downside though as the other side of the coin is that there's no one imposing an upper limit on how much I can earn - that's entirely up to me.
