We’re a dynamic, creative and hard-working team and we’re looking for a tenacious individual who can spot opportunities where others cannot; and will build a network of supporters and volunteers to enable the delivery of services for teenagers and young people with cancer. This role will help us to improve the lives of young people with cancer and their families and harness the vital support of communities.
You will represent the charity in a variety of ways and build a range of relationships, from supporting the family of a young person going through treatment to pitching to a corporate prospect or presenting to a room of potential volunteers to posting on social media. No one day will be the same and this is one of the most important roles in the charity as you are the local face and voice of Teenage Cancer Trust on the ground. You will seek out the key influencers in your community and you will ensure they understand what we do so they will want to be associated with the charity and our new service offer.
You will learn from colleagues across your region and the UK as a whole and will be a vital part of the charity’s largest team, ensuring we are brilliant and successful at what we do. We understand that although no two areas are the same, you will seek to best to maximise your area’s potential to the fullest, and you understand the value and significance of outstanding supporter care. You will be the delivery mechanism that will enhance our reputation, deliver an amazing experience and retain support in the longer term, be it at the finish line of a marathon or guiding a company through a COY partnership negotiation.

£15,154.00 - £16,237.00 per annum (£30,308.00 - £32,473.00 FTE)
