Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an extraordinary individual, with the strategic vision to drive growth and a passion and commitment to providing exceptional personalised services, to join our team in the newly created role of Regional Head of Operations.

Reporting to the Executive Operations Director this business critical role will ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes and provide strong leadership to its Service Managers and their wider teams. The role will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their care and support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, diversity and value for money whilst meeting all organisational and statutory requirements.

Hours:
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary/Wage:
£47,000 + £3,000 car allowance and benefits

You’ll need exemplarily leadership skills that develop high performing teams through a coaching and collaborative approach. You’ll be commercially focussed with experience of effectively managing change and delivering service improvements, and have a demonstrable understanding of the requirements of the Care Quality Commission.
