KIDS is a national charity which has been supporting disabled children, young people and families since 1970.
We work with children, irrespective of their disability or impairment, from birth through to 25 years. Each year we support over 15,000 disabled children, offer over 120 different services and work with about 80 Local Authorities across England.

About The Role
The purpose of this role was to deliver high quality childcare and play opportunities for disabled children, siblings and their parents/carers accessing KIDS community groups throughout Birmingham. In addition, the Practitioner will be responsible for developing an exciting environment where children can achieve and enjoy learning in line with EYFS, SEND Code of Practice and OFSTED requirements.
The successful candidate should have a level 3 qualification or above in Early Years. It is essential to have experience of working with children under 5 in an early years environment, and experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and their families.
As this role involves daily travel around the Birmingham area, it is essential that the successful candidate is a car driver.

Full Time Equivalent salary for this role is £17,297.00, the term time actual salary will be £8,254.81 per annum.
