The role will include:

  • HR policies and process to ensure that the Company is compliant in all HR areas
  • Helping to shape and influence our innovative company culture
  • Developing and retaining talent within the company
  • Implementing strategic agendas
  • All HR related administration and data control
  • Employee Relations
  • Some Car Fleet Management

We are looking for someone with:

  • A solid generalist HR background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
  • The ability to work with different types of personalities across the whole business
  • Experience with TUPE transfers, company restructuring and associated HR issues
  • Confidence to drive new initiatives
  • A stable career history


The hours are flexible but should amount to 22 per week Monday to Friday
