Investment Required:
£7,800 which includes training costs.

Full training is provided with complete marketing and sales support. All of our Employee Engagement Facilitators are self-employed and committed to personal development.

Self-employed Employee Engagement Facilitator can work in their business, full time, part time or flexible hours to suit.

You can earn approx. £36,000 - £250,000 per annum

How does the job fit around your family life?
Having the flexibility to be around for your children, to do the school run, and raise them as you would like is just a dream for most mums who have to return to work. As a single mother, being an Engage & Grow coach really works for me on many levels.

Where do you carry out your work?
It depends how many clients you want to work with, Employee Engagement Facilitators attend a client’s site for one hour each week for 12 weeks, most of the prep work can be done at home.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other mums?
The benefits in becoming a Employee Engagement Facilitator present a great opportunity for mums who were once fully fledged career women, but can’t see themselves going back to their past life of working long hours. I get to help others succeed in their own lives and businesses, raise my own kids and give them the quality time they deserve, be financially independent and do what I love.

Are there any downsides to the role?
The biggest challenge, just like any other in business, is winning new clients, but another great benefit is that when you deliver your first full Engage & Grow programme, it pays for your licence. After that you’re only paying commission as and when you run a programme with new clients - this is totally 100% risk free! It’s a no brainer.
