Name: Amy

Location: Solihull

Family: 7 year old twin boys and 15 month old son

How often do you work?
3 days a week, but I do have to put time in at home as well.

How does the job fit around your family life?
It's organised chaos especially during the summer holidays, but it works. I try and fit my day into school hours, however it can run over.

How much time do you commit?
I have to do at least an hour a day at home organising my diary and responding to messages etc. I do try and do this while the children are in bed though.

Where do you carry out your work?
In and around the Solihull area. I have jobs in Monkspath, Dorridge, Olton, Shirley and Hockley Heath.

Do you need a car?
It is preferable. You will usually be working alongside me and I will drive, however there may be occasions where I need you to travel locally.

Do you get support/training?
I will always be there for any concerns or questions.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other mums?
I am a small business, but looking to expand with the right team behind me. There is an opportunity in the future for a permanent position. There is flexibility and it is during school hours.

Do you advertise?
Yes mainly with Facebook but I do have business cards.

Are there any downsides to the role?
It can be physically tiring on a busy day.
