Working for:
Forever The Aloe Vera Company

Description:

Forever is a global leader in the Network Marketing Industry.  Working under the Forever umbrella, you’ll recommend, promote and retail the company’s Aloe Vera products and business opportunity.  As parents, we make recommendations to each other all the time – a potty-training tip, a good baby-sitter, so, you’ll be doing what you do naturally AND getting paid for it.  You’ll be able to choose when and where you work.  BUT, you’ll have  the back-up of 40-year’s experience, marketing materials, your own website and online shop AND 1-2-1 business mentoring.  What is vital is that you are clear on what you want to achieve for you and your family.  Your mentor will help you set goals and then work with you to achieve them in a way that fits in with your other commitments.

Minimum of 10 hours a week, the more hours you put in the more you can earn

Salary/Wage:
The potential to earn £800 - £2000 per month within 4 months. Ultimately, uncapped.

Name: Magdalena Jameel

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Family: Mum’s Family Husband and 3 sons 12, 2 and 1

How often do you work?
I work 6 days a week for 1 ½ hours a day in 15 or 30-minute blocks.

How does the job fit around your family life?
Alison has shown me how to work effectively in 15-minute blocks of time so I can work while the babies are asleep, while the dinner is cooking.

How much time do you commit?
I work 10 hours a week and then I devote about 20 minutes a day to personal development. Alison is really helpful at pointing out books, CDs and videos that she thinks will help me.

Where do you carry out your work?
Half of my work is done on the phone, online and via Skype. The rest is done in coffee shops, I take my boys with me then. Once a month, I go to a Team Meeting. To be honest, I’d like to go weekly, but that is not always possible for me, but we also have an online Team Meeting every Sunday evening at 21:30 so I always get on that.

Do you need a car?
When I started my business I couldn’t drive and I didn’t have a car. It is not essential to have a car, but it does help save time.

Do you get support/training?
The support and training is 30-minute. There is online training, face-to-face training as well as a weekly 1-2-1 mentoring session.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other mums?
Forever gives you freedom and flexibility to work around your other commitments but puts no cap on how much you can earn. Alison is 30-minute at identifying your strengths and developing them, even when you cannot see them for yourself.

Do you advertise?
The only advertising I do is a card in my local newsagents. What I do is build relationships with people I meet as part of my daily life and on Facebook.

Are there any downsides to the role?
Being your own boss means that you have to be strict with yourself. Alison is great at helping me set goals and plan my work and time, but it is up to me to do it.
