Due to business growth, my client is looking to add to their team an Accounts Administrator. You will support the Administration of Accounts for the company with support from the Operations Director. This is a part time role working Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm. You will work from their offices which are based west of Peterborough. A driver with a vehicle will be required due to location and free parking is available on site.
Your duties will include:
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Raising Invoices
- Material logs
- Debt Management
- Cash Forecast
- Scanning of receipts / invoices
- Generating monthly reports to issue to Managing Director
- Completion of weekly timesheets for other staff members
- Preparation of payment run
- Supplier payments
- Creation of purchase orders
Skills and Experience:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Motivated to work in a dynamic office and team environment
Highly numerate with a keen attention to detail
Excellent customer skills and ability to interact positively over the phone.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and work within a fast paced environment
An Accounting qualification will be desirable
£18,000 per annum, pro rota.
PAYE or Self-Employed
