Like to meet new people and help to make a difference to the lives of local people living with cancer? As Fundraising Group Coordinator you’ll be one of the key contacts for fundraising in your area & help lead a local branch to raise funds for services to help local people living with or affected by cancer. The group gets together to plan & run local events to raise awareness of what we do & raise funds to provide more cancer care services. This includes:

  • Coordinate your branch to raise money by planning, organising local fundraising events & activities
  • Delegate tasks to volunteers in your team
  • Welcome new members
  • Chair group meetings & arrange for notes to be taken
  • Keep the Volunteer Manager informed
  • Be passionate


Our Groups tend to meet once a month at their local Centre, or in a member of the group’s home. You can give as much or as little time as you would like outside of these meetings!

Voluntary role, agreed expenses paid.
