Motivation & Co. is a national award winning company that specialises in physical and mental stimulation sessions for service users within the care sector. We provide specialist cognitive motivation to residents, supporting the role of the Activity Organisor, working as part of their team to keep residents physically and mentally stimulated. We are looking for enthusiastic, self motivated, prompt and caring applicants to take on the role of Motivational Therapist across our Nottingham Franchise area, to provide our clients with the Motivation & Co. service. You will be fully trained, DBS checked and be provided with all the relevent inforation and equipment, you must be able to drive and have your own car. 

Hours:
Monday to Friday between 10am and 4:30pm, over 3 days per week.

Salary/Wage:
Above minimum wage and fuel expenses covered. Further details given on applicaion.

Best suited to:
Those with a caring, understanding nature. With good time keeping skills, exemplary communication skills and good management skills.

How often do you work?
I work Monday, Thursday and Friday approx 20 hours per week.

How does the job fit around your family life?
The job fits brilliantly around my home life, I get to take my little girl to and from childcare, plus ride and muck out my horse and still get to spend my evenings and weekends with my family.

How much time do you commit?
I work 20 hours per week.

Where do you carry out your work?
I travel around Care Homes across the LS, WF and BD postcode on our rota, and sometimes work from home on the computer or on the phone.

Do you need a car?
Yes absolutely.

Do you get support/training?
I initially had 2 weeks training, but there is on going training and i will often ask to participate in further training to further my knowledge.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other mums?
It fits in brilliantly with family life and is so rewarding. I would definitely recommend it.
