What Do Kids Know Competition Rules

These are in addition to our standard competition rules.

1. NAME OF COMPETITION: Win a Crayola hamper with What Do Kids Know!

2. COMPETITION QUESTION: Who is the host of What Do Kids Know?

3. PRIZE:  There is one prize. The prize shall consist of: A Crayola Hamper, which includes a Creations funky writer, Crayola 12pk coloured chalk, Crayola Quikflip 2 sided easel, Crayola 18 washable paints, Crayola doodle daisy, Crayola 12 twistable crayons, Crayola 36 coloured pencils, Crayola A4 white paper pad, Crayola funny faces sticker book, Crayola spir animal, Crayola gigantic colouring book, Crayola oink oink, Crayola glow station, Crayola 24 supertips, Crayola 5 paint brush pens.
Prizes are awarded at our discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of an entrant. No alternative prize will be given & the prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

4. SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:  All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in the UK. Employees of What’s on 4 Ltd and any company associated with this Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition. Entry is free, however all entrants must have the internet service bill payer’s permission prior to entering. It is your responsibility to pay any & all applicable taxes on prizes.

5. COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition will be open between: 11 January 2010 and 10:00 16th February 2010. Any entries received outside of this competition period (for whatever reason) will be invalid but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner will be the first correct entry to be selected at random by a closed computer generated system after the end of the Competition Period from all correct and eligible entries received. What’s on 4 Ltd will have the final overall decision over winner selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. If you are the winner, you will be notified within 7 days of the competition closing date. Any alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize from the date you successfully claim your prize. We won't be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
