Established in 2006, What's On 4 Ltd was founded by Sam Willoughby with the launch of www.whatson4littleones.co.uk, followed by www.whatson4schoolkids.co.uk and www.whatson4kidsparties.co.uk in 2008.

www.mumandworking.co.uk is an established website we purchased in July 2009. mumandworking provides advice and information to working mums and business mums with details of opportunities with flexible family-friendly companies. Our business was founded on the principle of flexible working and we're proud that our whole What's On 4 team work on this basis.
Our websites attract over 60,000 visitors from across the UK every month and over 30,000 parents subscribe to the newsletters.
The business and websites are featured regularly in national publications and local and regional media.
Much of this success is down the award schemes run by the websites to recognise the best activities for children across the UK.
WO4 has run the Junior Awards for 5 years - celebrating and recognizing the very best activities, classes, party providers and volunteers from throughout the UK - those wwho make a real difference to parents and their children's lives.
2011 saw the biggest and most successful campaign to date with 18 awards and over 32,000 votes! Prima Baby and Pregnancy magazine and Hilton hotels supported the awards alongside Headline Sponsor Konfidence.
