Green Mums is run by Tracy and Nick, mum and dad to Lily. As busy working parents they found it hard to source baby products which were natural, organic or environmentally friendly. Their online store came about as a result of this and they now offer a range of products which are environmentally friendly as well as good value for money. Their range includes organic cotton baby clothing from Organics for Kids, natural and organic toiletries, a selection of cloth nappies, and wooden toys which are made from sustainable rubberwood.

Amanda Ruiz, mother of two, has just launched an exciting kids clothing company called Peruvian Knitwear. The items are hand-made in Peru, made from one of the world's finest natural fibres - Alpaca. Alpaca is a luxurious fibre as it is as soft and smooth as Cashmere and warmer than wool, this is why it is known in Peru as 'El oro de los Andes' ('The Gold of the Andes'). The garments are lightweight, extremely insulating and have a very soft and feel to them. They are blended with acrylic wool so are machine washable as well as being affordable.
