The Body Shop EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa) are based at the company headquarters in Littlehampton, West Sussex. We are looking for an experienced, creative individual to work 3 days a week in our friendly marketing team. We expect you to be pro-active, diligent and flexible with a passion for design as well as our values and products.
Job Description:
- To take a flexible approach to the execution of projects from concept to print/publishing, working to tight deadlines and in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
- To work closely with the Senior Designer providing support with all customer club related marketing materials and PR materials.
- To artwork promotional elements from already generated core promotional artwork and deliver to external suppliers and EMEA markets.
- To design Company Market local Marketing activity materials.
- To design and execute material for Regional marketing initiatives.
- To desktop publish instructional documents for store staff, including VM, Core Signage, training and any other requirements of the region.
- To execute special projects as required.
- To Manage, under the instruction of the Senior Designer, the content of the EMEA Intranet Site.
- To hold accountability for the quality and accuracy of the elements produced and information published on the Intranet.
Skills Required:
- Design and Desktop Publishing experience in high-output, pressurised environment is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of leading graphic design packages InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of image optimisation techniques for use on the Web and in print production.
- Knowledge of HTML coding for emails as bonus but not a must.
- Photography skills, especially studio photography also a bonus.
Salary: £22,000 pro rata
