Field Sales Account Executive(Home-based/part-time)

Metaforce offers internet based software for time based services such as physiotherapy, yoga and hotels. The company's initial software suite offers "on-demand/2.0" online reservation, booking & payment facilities.

The company are now looking for a part time experienced appointment & sales generator. Home-working will be a major part of your work, but you may also have to visit prospective clients with the business development team.

You must have experience and a proven track record in telemarketing and/or telephone market research. Serious and self motivated applicants only. Tenacity and a will to suceed in this role are very important.

You will spend the majority of your time on phone calls as well as booking appointments for the business development team and, where necessary, join them in closing new sales.

At times you will also provide market research and produce new sales leads.

You must:

• have a proven track record for telemarketing and/or telephone research
• be able to introduce the company proposition to key decision makers within the target market
• be able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• have the ability to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements as we operate in a very competitive and fast paced industry
• be able to make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations for our products
• be able to provide market and industry feedback to the other sales & account management team members

Your Background:

• Background in sales and business development
• Extensive experience building new business (open new doors) and developing & maintaining existing relationships;
• Experience in working with internal and external teams to maximise opportunities;
• Confident and comfortable communicating and influencing at a senior level;

Your personality: - You will be a professional but chatty! Someone who can build relationships with clients and has an ability to listen and make conversation. As an individual you will leave no stone unturned to explore every possible way of getting the company foot thorough the door - but with respect and dignity. You will be an excellent all round communicator with exceptional skills.

You will be an IT literate person who can use basic customer relationship database as well as Word and Excel.

Salary - This is a very exciting part-time opportunity, offering a competitive basic salary and an excellent, uncapped bonus structure.

Hours - 7-20 hours per week.
