Do you want to start the New Year working in a friendly, exciting, rewarding and challenging new environment?
The Phone Room is an award-winning call and contact centre providing specialist telephone fundraising services to the not-for-profit sector. We work for many of the UK's leading charities, arts organisations and clients across the heritage, entertainment and cultural sectors.
We are looking for telephone fundraisers to work on exciting campaigns, helping raise money for charities, arts and cultural organisations and other not-for-profit clients.
It's a friendly, exciting and lively atmosphere, where you will learn more about interesting clients, and develop highly transferable skills. You will undertake a full induction programme, along with ongoing skills training and day-to-day support. No previous fundraising experience is required but you must be positive and enthusiastic, have a great personality that translates down the phone and a clear telephone voice.
Hours: Part-time or full-time work available with Job share and flexible shifts allowing you to work the days and hours that suit your lifestyle and commitments.
- Monday - Friday: 12.30 - 5.00pm and 6.00 - 9.00pm
- Saturday: 10.00am - 5.00pm
- Sunday: 11.00 - 5.00pm
Salary: up to £8.00 per hour + bonus and incentives (up to £15,725 per annum pro rata).
Benefits: Flexible hours; the office is 10 minutes from the centre of Oxford and the train station; 24 days holiday pro-rata.
