Clydesdale Financial Services Ltd provides high street consumer finance and customer service management on behalf of numerous high profile retail clients across the UK. Recently acquired by Barclaycard we are now entering a period of extensive development and growth. It is into this dynamic growth environment that we are looking to recruit talented, positive and motivated individuals to support business growth. Reporting to the Business Co-ordinator and working as part of a team, you will receive and process customer communications ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided at all times.
Main Duties will include
- Through following prescribed procedures, provide appropriate advice and assistance to account holders ensuring the provision of a quality customer service at all times.
- Process and respond to customer correspondence accurately and within the defined time scales.
- Amend and up-date customer account details - ensuring that all details held are current and accurate.
- Investigate and recommend appropriate financial adjustments for review by Supervisor.
- Identify potential account payment problems - highlight to Collections Department.
- Verify company suspense payment details - to allow transfer to the appropriate account.
- Process early settlement quotations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by your manager.
Ideally you will have 6 months experience dealing with customers and providing a high standard of customer service. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and good keyboard skills. You will be a strong team player who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy customer focused environment.
Salary: £6.50 per hour, plus benefits, which includes a free leisure club membership, contributory pension and lifecover.
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm OR 9.30am - 2.30pm (Some flexibility)
