When you're a Customer Service Advisor at Barclays, we look to you for the very best telephone banking service. Whether you're finding out customer requirements, promoting alternative products or handling queries from start to finish, you'll have a personal and professional approach on which we can depend. So for four hours a day, five days a week, help us become the best bank in the UK. And the rest of the time? Well, that's up to you.
About you: With 6 weeks' training and every opportunity to build your product knowledge, all you need worry about is striking up a rapport with our customers. Of course, you'll have great communication skills, an understanding of basic complaint handling and the ability to get to the root of every query. But that's what you'd expect from a name like Barclays. And while we might value previous experience in customer service, it's a commitment to making the most of your time that we're really looking for.
