Wow Property, as featured in the Daily Telegraph, Channel 4 and the Daily Express offers vendors a fixed fee of £899 to sell their home. Due to the huge success since the launch of the company, they are now planning a nationwide expansion programme and need to recruit local agents to look after specific areas/territories in major towns and cities across the UK.

Investment required:
None. This varied role will involve contacting home sellers from pre-qualified leads provided by Wow Head Office. You will be advising on the WOW service and securing the instruction, visiting the vendor at their home to agree the asking price, taking all the property details such as photographs, measurements and writing the particulars.
Average number hours a week:
The hours are part time Monday to Friday during the day (approx 5-10 per week) and very flexible to fit around family commitments.
Car required:
Yes. You will also need to have broadband Internet access and a mobile telephone.
Earning Potential:
The earning potential of this job is unlimited and in established locations we estimate on target earnings to be in the region of £40,000 per annum upwards.
Best suited to:
Mums who do not need a guaranteed monthly income (as the role is commission based) and who want the flexibility to work around their family commitments. An estate agency or sales background is not necessary, however it is essential that you have a confident and outgoing personality with good communication skills. Full training on the company and job role will be provided.
