How often do you work?
I try to dedicate a little time every day to the business but keep weekends fairly clear.
How does the job fit around your family life?
I choose the hours I work. At the moment I am still working full-time so I spend time on my business in the evenings and at weekends - I have taken part in telephone conferences at 9pm in my dressing gown! I will be fitting it around the baby once he or she arrives, but as a lot of the work can be done from my desk and computer at home so strict working hours are not necessary.
How much time do you commit?
I dedicate 10 hours per week to my business at the moment.
Where do you carry out your work?
At home and the local area for meetings and home shopping presentations.
How much space do you have for your kit/stock?
None needed! All products are sent out directly from the One Group warehouse. I simply buy the products I want to use or demonstrate with.
Do you need a car?
No.

There is a huge amount of support and training provided.
Are there any downsides to the role?
It is a business opportunity rather than a job so ultimately you get out what you put in.
Would you recommend this opportunity to other Mums?
Absolutely – it is perfect for mums as it can be so flexible. This is not an option for those looking for a “quick fix” as it will take a little time to build a business, however the end results are well worth the effort.
