Mum's View

Name: Lynne
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Family: 4 children – Joseph 9 yrs, Jacob 7yrs, Harriet 5 yrs and Hannah 3 yrs.

How often do you work?
It varies from week to week but most weeks I would say 5-10 hours.

How does the job fit around your family life?
It's fantastic I have the flexibility to work when I want and when I can, even having a 3 yr old around most days doesn't matter that's the benefit of this home based business it fits around the family and I don't miss out on school concerts/rugby matches etc. I have a disabled son who needs to attend regular appointments which I just couldn't do if I didn't have the flexibility of this business.

How much time do you commit?
5-10 hours a week, some weeks may be more if I have the time some weeks less, I work when I want and because I enjoy the business it doesn't feel like I am working! Where do you carry out your work - anywhere really I find I get the opportunity to talk to people about the business and give them products to sample.

Do you need a car?
I use a car but it's not essential.

Do you advertise?
I have my own website and I advertise by word of mouth!

How did you hear about the job?
Recommendation from a successful friend within the business.

Do you get support/training?
New consultants will get all the support they need from me. Plus on the Arbonne website there is an Arbonne University which is a great learning tool to learn about the business and products.

Are there any downsides to the role?
Definitely not - it is your business and is there to be worked as you want to.

Would you recommend this opportunity to other Mums?
Absolutely! It is an amazing business new to the UK, it's a 27 year old successful billion dollar company in America and is in its infancy in the UK, there is such a huge potential to build a business and there are so many more products to be launched in the UK over the next few months. If you don't want to miss out on building your own business and watching your children growing up then please take the time to look at the business. It is great socially and financially, you get to meet people and make lots of new friends through the business, you will find that you don't have to sell the products they really do sell themselves. It's such an easy business to build even at Mother & Toddler groups/school wherever you want, it really can be that easy. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!
