What is the business? Next Generation Coaching is an organization set up by professional business coaches who realized the need to bring the benefits of coaching, already highly valued in the business world, into the family arena. We offer a Franchise opportunity for people wanting to run Coaching Skills for Parents workshops themselves as a business.
Investment required: £4,250 + VAT.

Next training courses are in June and November 2008.
Earning Potential: Earning potential depends on how many 3-day workshops you run each year. An illustration of potential earnings is:

A 3-day programme open to the public can earn you up to £225 per delegate whilst a corporate programme run for employees in an organization can earn you up to £8,000 for the 3-day programme.

To calculate net profit you need to deduct any running costs and we would discuss this further with you before you entered into a Franchise agreement with us.
Is there training/support for franchisees? Yes lots! This is what you receive for your investment:
  • thorough training in how to run the workshops and how to market your business
  • a ready-made training product, tried and tested, which can be run as a course open to the public or as an in-house course in organisations
  • training, back-up and support from us - including a commitment from us to market Next Generation Coaching and get strong media coverage. We work strategically to develop relationships with large corporates and aim to refer this work to our franchisees
  • attendance at an annual up-dating day with guest speaker
  • online support and a trainers' website forum and regular newsletter
  • products and merchandise available for you to purchase including workbooks and associated merchandise, as well as business cards and stationery
  • becoming part of a cutting edge and unique initiative, which uses coaching to address the very topical concerns about child-rearing and family life in general
  • becoming part of an elite but growing team of coaches who are trained to offer coaching skills to enhance family life
Best suited to:
  • People able to demonstrate their ability to deliver workshops or to learn how to do so.
  • People who can demonstrate their ability to sell the product and market their business.
  • People who can show an understanding of family life and the conflicting demands families face today.
  • Parents, or people involved in the care and development of children, who want to run their own business and work flexible hours doing something worthwhile and rewarding.
