How does the job fit around your family life?
I can take Ben to school and be there to collect him, which is a joy - he loves it! Before I started my Debutots franchise my working hours did not even let me take Ben to school - never mind collect him!

The school holidays are great: Debutots is term time only. Wendy (my franchise partner) and I have to prepare for the next term and ensure all the bookings are timetabled, but that is only a few hours a week during the holidays.
