It enables hands-free breastfeeding and is recommended by breastfeeding counsellors, health visitors, doulas, midwives and chiropractors.
The Lifft Sling has been developed following many years of experience using different slings and baby carriers with one main focus - comfort. The Lifft Sling is manufactured to a specific width to ensure it is wide across the shoulder and back. This evenly spreads the babies weight and is so much more comfortable and proven to improve your posture. It is not 'gathered' or 'tapered' to fit into a clasp and avoiding all clasps, rings and buckles ensures there are no pressure points or nasty plastic pieces to dig in.
The sling keeps your baby in a natural cradle position and does not place pressure on a babies developing spine like some front carriers can. The unique S-t-r-e-t-c-h panel provides that extra 'give' ensuring baby feels comfortable and secure. It is also curved to create a roomy pouch to comfortably place baby's bottom. Lifft have also added 2 padded rails to each side of the sling to provide comfort to a baby's arms, legs and neck, ensuring they have a comfortable ride whatever position they are in.
